Project Terminal is free forever for up to 3 saved projects per Mac. Local folders, remote workspaces, and Git worktrees each count as a project. All terminal, agent, browser, and automation features are included. Removing a project frees a slot.

Unlimited projects cost US$29 once. New purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew. An individual license can activate up to three Macs. Sign in to purchase, restore, or manage your license; no account is needed to download or use the free plan.

Your one-time license does not expire. Device activation refreshes online at least every seven days to check license and device status. If activation needs refreshing, you can continue using existing projects, terminals, and running processes. Adding a project above the free limit requires valid paid activation. Signing out never deletes your local work.

Stripe processes payments. Manage receipts and device activations through your account. Full refunds, unresolved payment disputes, device revocation, or account suspension can disable unlimited activation. Account deletion removes your cloud license and activations; it does not automatically issue refunds. Any existing subscription remains on its agreed billing terms and can be managed or canceled from your account.

Claude, Codex, and other providers’ accounts, subscriptions, and usage charges are separate.
